Price questions
Do I pay more for more groomers or a second calendar?
No. Staff, groomers, calendars, clients and pets are all unlimited.
What counts as one shop?
One business at one address. A salon and its vans are one shop; a second location is a second shop.
What happens after the 30 free days?
If you haven’t gone live, the shop turns read-only. You can still see and download everything.
How do I cancel, and do I get money back?
Cancel any time in Settings. It works to the end of what you’ve paid for. No partial refunds.
What if I stop paying?
It keeps working for 14 days, then turns read-only. You can always see and download your records. Nothing is deleted without two emails first.
