What it does
- Calendar: day and week views with a column per groomer or van, drag to move, warnings before double bookings, find the next opening.
- Booking page: the shop’s own page where clients request a day and time; the shop approves each request. It never shows prices.
- Grooming board: for a TV or iPad in the grooming room. Shows each dog’s stage and notes, never phone numbers or prices.
- Checkout: groom, add-ons and retail on one ticket, prices by size and breed, matting and difficult-dog charges, sales tax on retail, tips credited to the groomer, memberships rung up at the counter.
- Payments recorded: card, cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, check and more. Payments are undone with a reason, never deleted.
- Clients and pets: notes, photos, bite warnings, vaccines with expiry dates and every past visit.
- Texts: reminders, confirmations and pickup texts written in English or Spanish, opened in one tap on the shop’s phone or WhatsApp, ready to send.
- Receipts: digital receipts with a report card, in the shop’s name.
- Mobile vans: service areas by zip code or miles, travel fees per stop, booking that counts the drive, stops opened in Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze.
- Team: time clock with a 6-digit code, timesheets with overtime, time-off requests, a login for every job.
- Books: sales tax, tips by person, daily and month-end close, expenses with receipt photos, a read-only login for the accountant.
- Switching: import clients, pets and visits from other grooming software or a spreadsheet, checked before saving, with undo for 30 days.
- Your look: the shop’s logo, colors and wording on the app, booking page and receipts.
- Security: email code at sign-in, scrambled passwords, sign out everywhere, and a log of who did what.
